They were wonderful - I came in with my grandmother's 80 year old wedding ring that she gave me before she passed away to have refitted for my own wedding. I was very nervous about them cutting it, and they did it right away while I was still there so that I wouldn't have to wait, preserved the engraving, and gave me the leftover gold to keep in case I ever have to make it larger.
